BSR WATER at Euroregion Baltic Forum of Stakeholders

BSR WATER platform was introduced to the members of the Euroregion Baltic Water Core group during the meeting held in Kalmar, Sweden on 14 May 2019. The platform was presented by the BSR WATER project partner Environmental Center "ECAT-Kaliningrad" actively involved in cooperation with Swedish stakeholders.
Presenting the platform during the meeting allowed to identify common vision and connect competences regarding water pollution challenges. There is a mutual interest and attention to these issues in the region, and the priority is set to address nutrient removal and reuse as well as decrease of hazardous substances. All participants of the ERB Water Core group meeting were invited to promote their regional expertise through the Baltic Smart Water Hub developed through BSR WATER, and to contribute towards formation of functional experts network that would aid better knowledge transfer and experience exchange in the Baltic Sea Region.
