BSR WATER 3rd Project Meeting (online)

The 3rd meeting of the BSR WATER platform will be held online on 18 February 2021 under the topic "Climate-neutral and resource-efficient water sector". The event is open for public!

The meeting (9.00–10.45 CET) will open with a keynote on transitioning to climate smart cities from Corinne Trommsdorff, CEO & Founder of the Water Cities.

Further, presenters will highlight the platform work on integrated water cooperation, introducing policy recommendations for sustainable stormwater management in the Baltic Sea Region and the opportunities of the Water-Sludge-Energy nexus. Then, the session will look at the practical side, bringing inspiring examples of energy positive wastewater treatment plant from Turku and solutions for efficient management of industrial wastewaters. Join us to learn about and discuss the climate-friendly and efficient water cycle!

The meeting will continue with an internal partner meeting (11.15–14.40 CET) to go deeper into the platform plans and developments.
